I was given a full run through of the features and gadgets. That’s one of the main reasons we didn’t want to purchase from a company online ! I always speak as I find & honestly we can’t fault these guys not one bit! The tub arrived yesterday & installation wasn’t an issue for the 2 guys who came. Absolutely amazing service from the very beginning with an amazing quality product. We got an instant feeling of being comfortable & knowing this was the exact company we wanted to buy from ! After reviewing their site & online reviews it proved to us that we were in good hands. My daughter & I were looking at all the tubs & one of the managers showed me how one worked & answered all my queries without pushing any sale. Not at any point were they like pushy sales people Infact far from it. I didn’t intend to buy from here however upon walking in the door it was clear to me these guys were the place to buy from. I’ll be honest I first visited Durham branch to look at the hot tubs to get a feel of them in the flesh after looking online at a different company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Better Living, and wouldn't now go anywhere else when purchasing another spa. Jo in particular has such a positive 'can do' attitude and is a credit to the company. The team at Better Living have been absolutely amazing, and any (small) issues which one would expect, have been sorted promptly and without fuss. We love nothing more than chilling out in the hot tub after work, and in just 30 minutes feel both relaxed and all the muscular tension and soreness is gone.08/02/23 - updateWe've had the spa now for over a year and I wanted to comment on after sales service. We both work in busy and stressful jobs in the NHS, and find the psychological and physical health benefits amazing. The purchase process was easy and crane delivery was both reasonable and competitively priced.We use the spa every day and can honestly say we wouldn’t now be without it. We went away and visited other competitors to compare prices / models but after receiving the hard-sell and promises of better deals on condition of ‘signing up today’, came back to Better Living. The staff were very friendly and non-pushy and didn’t ‘hard-sell’. We visited Better Living for initial advice on the differences between ‘plug & play’ and 32 amp models.
We bought the Melbourne Spa in September.
